Virginia is available as an experienced and creative wholefood chef for Yoga retreats and events. All food is locally sourced, vegetarian, organic wherever possible and sattvic. Gluten free, food sensitivities and allergies and vegan diets can also be happily accommodated. The focus of the food can be healthy vegetarian or vegan whole food, or create a more focused approach with an Ayurvedic or Macrobiotic menu.
Sattvic food aims to bring balance to the body and mind and to complement the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda food is our medicine, and our body is certainly made from the food which we eat.
