Join Virginia for this series of three practices, designed to help with managing stress, anxiety and insomnia. We will use breathing exercises (pranayama) to help us to slow down and feel super relaxed before enjoying a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Following each session you will be sent a link to download the recording of the relaxation to enjoy at home.

The breath is inextricably linked to the mind and the emotions. The emotions determine how we feel and react, and can cause us to feel balanced and happy or anxious and uptight. The breathwork we practice will be simple and accessible for all.

Yoga Nidra (meaning Yoga Sleep) is a form of deep relaxation.You do not need any prior experience or to be able to anything except lie down and be comfortable. Therefore please bring along cushions, blankets, a mat and so on to ensure your absolute comfort.

These sessions are by donation, the minimum requested is £7. There will be a maximum of 8 participants. Please contact Virginia to book.
