Join us for this six week course that will each week include Yoga,  meditation and informative lively discussion. The focus of this course will be the cyclical nature of our existence as women, drawing on the systems of Ayurveda and Yoga and how we can use these ancient arts in our lives as we go through our life cycle, seasonal cycles and monthly cycles. 

Each week I will introduce you to another aspect of self care according to Ayurveda, simple things which you can then choose to incorporate into your daily routine.

Every week will focus upon a different part of our life cycle, and this topic will also be the focus of our discussion time. A handout will be emailed out after each session with a summary of the discussion and an Ayurvedic recipe for you to try each week.

My personal vision for this short course is to empower you to be who you really are, as a woman. To be uncompromising in your quest for self care. To know what the obstacles are that you might face when seeking to self care, and to be able to find ways around them. This whole process is so powerful when experienced in a circle of women. You will find that the common experiences and life stories that may be shared, along with the daily routines and tasks we all face, will truly help you to know that you are never alone.

This course cost includes a 121 consultation.  Investment of £108 for the six weeks, including all handouts, recipes, practice recordings and the 121.
