Nurture and nourish yourself as the dark winter months begin to approach. Rest and restore body and mind. The ancient art of Yoga Nidra, Yogic sleep, helps us to lean to slow down, to begin to hibernate, and to be more mindful. This is an incredible technique for calming the mind, for managing stress, anxiety and insomnia. This session will include two Yoga Nidra practices and some mindful therapeutic movement (suitable for everyone). The Nidra’s will be recorded and sent to you to use after the session.
